Goods can be exchanged or returned within 10 days of purchase/delivery with price tag & receipt.

Damaged, used, altered, or engraved products cannot be exchanged or returned.

 Any refunds will be via cross cheque or through a bank transaction

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return or exchange an order, we’re happy to help.

Goods purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery after contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Cancellation must be intimated to our Customer Support team at infobullbasics@gmail.com prior to processing. However, please note that once the order has been processed, Bullbasics cannot cancel the order.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email containing the tracking information. Bullbasics may also cancel orders for any reason, such as:

  • incomplete information;
  • no response from the customer for a query;
  • you have chosen ‘Online Bank Transfer’ as a method of payment but have not shared payment reference for more than 3 working days; and/ or you have placed the same order twice. We may cancel one order if no response is received from your end.
